December is traditionally the time when we look back on the past year. We reflect on what happened and evaluate what went well and what we could have done differently. We can take the same approach with companies and go through the past year step by step – revisiting the successes and also the things we can learn from. The latter is an integral part of our existence. Without them, we would never be able to move forward and learn.
