doc. JUDr. PhDr. Vojtěch Belling, Ph.D. is a director of the regulation and international cooperation section in the Czech National Bank. Among his responsibilities is monitoring in the area of innovations on financial markets including crypto assets and the technology of distributed databases. He is also a member of the management board of European Securities and Markets Authority.
Vojtěch studied at Charles University where he has achieved a doctor’s degree in political sciences. He also studied political sciences at Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg.
